Très beau studio de 30 mètres carrés situé idéalement milieu rue paradis niveau castellane ,proche de toutes commodités, supérette,boulangerie,restaurant au pied de l immeuble,dans une situation très calme 1/2 étages en fond de cour donc pas de bruit du tout. Refait de neuf en 2020 , très bien agencé et entièrement meublé avec goût , il dispose de la fibre , d une télé LCD, d'un lave linge, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur /congélo, cafetière expresso , verres et couverts ,aspirateur, armoire et rangements .....
Il possède 3 belles fenêtres double vitrage ainsi que deux chauffages radiants avec une belle hauteur sous plafond, et bénéficie aussi d une bonne literie transformable .
Je recherche une/un étudiant de Kedge sérieux
La place Castellane et le Prado sont à deux minutes, bus ,métro, tramway sont également a proximité .
