Couchage pour une personne canapé BZ, poste de travail et ilot de cuisine américaine.
L' eau est comprise dans ces charges. L'électricité, à charge du locataire, pour une personne seule à prévoir est estimée à 70€/m: chauffage convecteur inertie, chauffe eau chaude, etc...).
Dans un immeuble de standing équipé de la fibre, ce bien est situé à Voisins le Bretonneux Centre : commerces, Poste, ....Il est desservi par bus 419 au pied de l'immeuble, destination Gare de Saint Quentin en Yvelines et autres lignes. De nombreuses places gratuites de parking aux alentours.
