Grand appartement de 60m² au 4ème et dernier étage sur cour, dans le centre de Paris, rue piétonne et animée. Appartement familial ancien et renové avec tomettes, poutres apparentes. Un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre en étage (dupleix), un jardin d'hiver plein de plantes et une terrasse de 12m², vue sur les toits de Paris. Appartement non fumeur (possibilité de fumer sur la terrasse), clair et très calme. C'est notre appartement principal et familial, il est à louer pour 2 mois. Appartement entièrement équipé avec linge de lit et maison, vaisselle, four, four à micro-ondes, lave linge séchant, gazinière, réfrigérateur et congélateur, table et fer à repasser, sèche cheveux... Le prix comprend le loyer, les charges (eau et frais d'immeuble, internet), l'électricité est à payer en plus. Il y a une chambre supplémentaire (qui est la chambre de notre fille) qui reste ouverte pour que vous puissiez poser vos affaires. 2 digicodes.
