Lit 140x190, deux bureaux avec chaise, une armoire pour ranger les affaires personnelles. 3 placards, 2 tables rabattables, 2 chaises, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, mini-four, micro-ondes branchement et vidange pour lave-linge
Eau et électricité à la charge du locataire. Taxe d'ordures ménagères de 4,50€ par mois environ, déduite sur le dépôt de garantie à la fin de la location.

Un dépôt de garantie de 2 mois de loyers est requis avant location.
