WELCOME , BONJOUR , bienvenue à rennes !!! Je loue Une CHAMBRE MEUBLEE et EQUIPEE avec 1 balcon à COMPTER du 1er May 2025 🧚‍♂️👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓🍀💐🪴!!!! Je m'appelle ISABELLE , j'ai un grand T5 à 5 minutes de l'ecole Rennes Scholl business. Mon appartement a 3 grandes chambres, 1 terrasse de 63 m²🤩 , oui 63 m² 😸🤷‍♂️1 balcon, 1 loggia EN COMMUN 😀🏡... Je LOUE UNE CHAMBRE MEUBLEE ( lit , étagères, commode pour vêtements, bureau , draps, couvertures, porte serviette machine a laver) et INTERNET et WIFI .La chambre a un balcon privé ( voir la photo ). ...... bien sûr vous avez accès à la CUISINE tout l appartement 😀🏡!!!! A beaucoup de succès auprès des étudiants étrangers 😋🪗🪇

J'ai déjà reçu beaucoup étudiants étrangers ; akash, claudia, Anna, Emma, camilio, Stéphanie, loise ., lea,sahar, aquamarine ...enfin je voyage beaucoup !!!!!!

Les charges comprises sont : chauffage, eau chaude, électricité, lessive , internet *wifi...... et le petit déjeuner compris🍞🥜🥐🥣

L'Ecole est à proximité de l'appartement ; il y a aussi le bus 14 ou le vélo pour s'y rendre ; et le bus 5 pour aller au centre ville Rennes . Le quartier est vert , très verdoyant et récent .

LE PLUS : j'ai loué la chambre à un étudiant indien AKASH, a une américaine ERIKA , à une canadienne ClAUDIA , à un danois JEREMY ; à un Thailandais LOISE . SAHAR etudiante irannienne ; ANNA étudiante allemande . EMMA américaine , STEPHANIE étudiante autrichienne.En général les étudiants restent chez moi 4 mois a 6 mois selon la session a l'ESC . Ils sont tous contents !😂😂!!!La chambre meublée , draps , lave linge, ACCES : cuisine sdb salle séjour, salon , terrasse et magnifique parc à 2 minutes. 👣👣👣👣🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚶
