Nous louons une chambre de 10m² à 5 minutes en vélo de l UTT

Cette colocation de 4 chambres dans une charmante maison de 100 m² en plein cœur du quartier étudiant est située à Saint André les Vergers à 2km du centre ville de Troyes.
Elle dispose d’un petit potager pour les jardiniers, un garage à vélo, un espace détente avec une pergola et un barbecue.
