Cette colocation est située au sein d'une zone pavillonnaire paisible dans le Val-de-Marne, dans le centre-ville. Elle comporte 4 chambres au total mais seulement 3 chambres sont proposées à la location, dont une avec sa salle de bain privée.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez les parties communes, c'est-à-dire une entrée, une cuisine équipée, un salon ouvert et lumineux donnant sur le jardin, un WC commun.
