Appartement de 67 m² avec 3 chambres, un salon, un grand balcon ainsi qu’une cave.
Tout équipé avec lave linge/frigo/ micro-ondes Neuf. Machine à café en sus.
Chaque chambre est louée meublée avec lit 240 ou 260. Tout confort.

Bail individuel, loyer de 400 euros par chambre ainsi que de 60 euros de charge récupérable comprenant les charges de copro, l’eau chaude et froide ainsi que l’électricité.
