Description of the accommodation

Aix-en-Provence (13100). A 5mn en voiture d’Aix Centre, 15mn de Puyricard (IAE), 30mn de Cadarache, studio de plain-pied au calme dans agréable jardin avec terrasse privative et place de parking.
Au nord d'Aix sur l'ancienne route des Alpes, très agréable studio meublé, de 22m² plus mezzanine de 11m². Salle d’eau très fonctionnelle avec fenêtre. La mezzanine est équipée d'un lit en 140 qui permet de laisser toute la place au lieu de vie en journée. Le studio est meublé d'un canapé convertible, d'un bureau, d'une table et de chaises pour les repas, d'une TV. La box par fibre est privative.
La partie cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un four à pyrolyse, de 2 plaques induction et d'une machine à laver le linge.
