Je dispose d’une grande chambre de 22 m² très agréable au 2 -ème étage avec lit 90x190, armoire 2 portes, chevet, clic clac, bureau, commode, wifi, dans une maison avec jardin. Je suis propriétaire je vis seul divorcé âgé de 66 ans. A 10 minutes du métro. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la rue calme et sur. Pour des raisons pratique je ne loue qu’a des garçons.
