2 fenêtres "sur rue" et 1 fenêtre "sur cour" permettent de bénéficier d'une excellente luminosité dans tout le studio.
Ce studio a été refait à neuf en 2018.
Equipements : double-vitrage, écran plat, chaine hi-fi, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux...
1 jeu de draps et de serviettes est fourni.
Les commerces et les transports en commun (station de métro Commerce - ligne 8) se trouvent à moins de 100 mètres de l'immeuble.
