Bonjour,

Je mets en location après rafraichissement et ameublement mon appartement de 75m² au 3ème étage. Il est composé de 4 chambres, une pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée ( four, vaisselle, etc ) ainsi qu'un balcon, une salle de bain ( douche, lave linge, sèche-linge ) et des WC séparés.

Afin de vous faciliter la vie, le logement est éligible aux APL.

Des places de parking à proximité sont également disponibles.

Le logement est situé du coté de Montagne Verte, au 231 route de Schirmeck, à 15 minutes du centre ville en tram ( arrêt Elmerforst ) ou à vélo, dans un immeuble au calme.
L'Université de Strasbourg y est aussi accessible en bus ( arrêt Place d'Ostwald ligne L1 )
L'accès à la piste cyclable est juste à coté. Appartement proches de toutes commodités (restaurants, magasins et bureau de tabacs.)

Le loyer est de 400€ par chambre et 50€ de charges ( eau, électricité, internet, entretien des commun et syndic), soit 450€ charges comprises.
