Il est situé à 15 min à pied de la gare de Fontainebleau avon ( ou en bus 5 min avec la ligne 1) et à 10 min à pied du centre-ville et à 20 min à pied du chateau.

Une cuisine amenagée et équipée ouverte sur un sejour, il y a un espace nuit, une salle de bain avec WC. Le bien est très lumineux et proches de tous commerces. Place de parking gratuite.
