Rénové en 2018 et bien équipé, il est constitué d'une pièce principale avec coin cuisine, d'une salle de bain et de WC séparés.

La pièce principale comporte un canapé convertible, une table basse, une grande armoire, un bureau et plusieurs rangements.

La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, d'un frigo, d'un micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et de plusieurs rangements avec vaisselle.

Attention, la fenêtre principale donne sur une petite cour intérieure couverte par une verrière et non sur l'extérieur, ce qui pourrait ne pas convenir à certaines personnes.
