Il est composé d’un séjour équipé d’une kitchenette et coin bureau séparé de la chambre par un sas qui distribue aussi une salle d’eau avec douche, lavabo et WC ; éclairage naturel par 2 vélux dans le séjour et dans la chambre.
Transport en commun à 8 minutes du tram C et à 3 minutes du bus 15.
Proximité : 2 moyennes surfaces, Un grand parc arboré, 1 Piscine publique à 10 mn en vélo, 2 boulangeries, 2 hôpitaux : (Robert Picqué et Bagatelle), 1 pharmacie dans la rue.

Notre langue est le français mais nous nous débrouillons à peu près bien en anglais.

Pour ce qui concerne l’appartement lui-même, il s’agit d’un petit logement situé à l’étage dans le bâtiment de notre maison mais totalement indépendant de la partie que nous occupons ; Cependant, dans la mesure où nous résidons sur place, nous pouvons aussi être éventuellement sollicités en cas de difficulté particulière. Enfin de l’avis général des étudiants qui l’ont occupé jusqu’ici, si l’appartement n’est pas très grand, le calme qui y règne en fait un lieu particulièrement propice à l’étude.
