Nous proposons une chambre au 2ème étage d'une maison de charme du 19ème siècle. Nous souhaitons une jeune fille . Notre maison se situe en centre ville, à proximité de la cathédrale, de la gare, du jardin des plantes, du tramway et de nombreux bus. Jardin de 390 m² très agréable.
Commerces, restaurants et bars à proximité ainsi que le Crous.
Nous proposons une jolie chambre mansardée avec salle de bain (baignoire et douche) et wc au même étage. La salle de bain et le WC sont à partager avec un de nos enfants.
La chambre nO1 ci-après est celle que nous louons.
Il est possible de partager des repas le soir avec nous, pour un prix de 7€/repas. Et cela nous fera plaisir!
Nous vous laissons une place dans le réfrigérateur. Pas d'accès à la cuisine pour le repas de midi. Possibilité de réchauffer un repas du soir après 19h.
