L’appartement est très lumineux, exposé plein sud. Il est situé au centre-ville du Havre, à quelque minutes à pied de la gare (Trains directs Paris), de l’université et de l’école EM Normandie. Il est à proximité de tous les commerces et du tramway. Le quartier est sympa, beaucoup d’étudiant(es) y résident.
