Le studio en face de la gare de Versailles chantiers - rue des Chantiers – Versailles, près de toutes les commodités et 5mn en train de la gare Montparnasse avec les grandes lignes ou 20mn en train.

Studio charpenté de 20 m² au sol (loi carrez différent) au dernier étage d’un petit immeuble de 3 étages donc ne convient pas à des personnes trop grandes de taille.

Il est fonctionnel avec un espace de vie et ses toilettes privatives et son grand débarras privatif, tous deux au palier.

Le Studio est équipé avec wifi sauf frigo car il y a un épicier ouvert très tard le soir en face de l’immeuble.
