Nous louons une chambre meublée à un(e) étudiant(e) sérieux(se) qui souhaite avoir une chambre en autonomie (elle est située au second étage de notre maison) tout en étant accueilli dans une famille chaleureuse. La chambre est isolée du reste de la maison avec tout le confort et l'accès à la salle de bains, aux WC et à la cuisine ainsi qu'aux deux jardins de la maison.
Un bureau et un ordinateur relié à internet sont en accès libre dans la chambre.
Nous sommes situés à 4 minutes d'une station de tramway et tous les commerces sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la maison. Vous serez à la gare de Magenta (Paris Nord) en environ 35-40 minutes.
Vous serez dans un quartier pavillonnaire au calme comme si vous étiez à la campagne.
