Un joli petit studio (15m²), refait à neuf, se trouvant au RDC d’un immeuble marseillais.
Il se situe dans un quartier d’exception à 350m de Notre Dame de la Garde, à 1km de la plage de Catalan et du Vieux port. Multitudes des petits restaurants et des divers commerçants dans le quartier.
Un coin cuisine bien aménagé : plaque vitrocéramique, four micro-onde/grill, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à café. Petit débarras avec un lave – linge.
Un canapé convertible très confortable pour un couchage quotidien (de la marque Convertible Contemporain). Deux armoires avec des portes miroirs, une petite table avec des chaises, tout pour un séjour agréable.
