Ce appartement se trouve au 3eme et dernier étage d'un charmant immeuble ancien. Le quartier de Saint-Just est très attachant. Il se trouve dans le 5eme arrondissement de Lyon, facile d'accès par le métro ("funiculaire") et de nombreux bus.
En particulier, il est très facile d'aller à l'Université Catholique en bus, ou bien à l'EM Lyon, ainsi qu'aux écoles de Gorge de Loup (à 5 minutes seulement).

L'appartement est meublé: 1 lit simple et 1 bureau dans chaque chambre (il y a 2 chambres indépendantes), une salle de bain avec baignoire, une cuisine équipées (et tout pour cuisiner et Lave linge), ainsi qu'un salon avec une table pour manger.
