Description of the accommodation

Chambre en colocation dans un appartement situé à 7 minutes à pieds de la gare d'Argenteuil et 10 minutes de Paris avec la ligne J. L'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine équipée (four, plaques, frigo, micro-onde et machine à laver), deux salles de bains, séjour avec télévision et internet compris. La colocation comporte 4 chambres d'étudiants ou jeunes travailleurs. Chaque colocataire est très respectueux des autres. Concernant la propreté, une femme de ménage intervient régulièrement dans les parties communes de l'appartement ceci n'exonère pas aux colocataires de garder l'appartement propre. La copropriété est sécurisée.
Nous demandons une garantie (Visale de préférence) ainsi que un mois de loyer en guise de caution. Vous pouvez m'envoyer votre dossier.
