Nous louons une chambre dans notre appartement à la suite du départ de notre fille pour ces études.
nous sommes un couple qui a l'habitude de recevoir des étudiants à domicile, Roger travaille à l’Opéra de Nice et je suis comptable et prof de danse.
nous proposons également les repas équilibrés du soir du lundi au vendredi pour 200€ en plus du loyer.
le ménage est fait 1 fois par semaine et les draps sont changés tous les 15 jours .
