Description of the accommodation

- Magnifique appartement aménagé en colocation situé au sein de la résidence du Val Palaiseau à Palaiseau, composé d'une entrée, de quatre chambres dont une suite, d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée, d'un séjour donnant sur un balcon, d'une salle d'eau avec wc et d'un wc séparé.

- Il se trouve à moins de 10min à pied de l'arrêt Palaiseau (RER B).

- Entièrement aménagé, vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises : vous disposerez d'un lave linge, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four, de plaques avec casseroles et poêles, d'un aspirateur etc.

- Les quatre chambres sont composées d'une armoire, d'un lit double de 140cm, d'une table de chevet, d'un miroir et de décorations. Toute la literie est fournie (matelas, alèse, taies d'oreillers, housse de couette etc).

Les charges comprennent les charges de copropriété, l'eau froide, chaude, le chauffage et l'électricité.
