Description of the accommodation

Loue studio indépendant à deux pas des plages de sable de Juan les Pins et Golfe Juan. Entrée directe par le jardin de la résidence.

Convient pour un étudiant ou un travailleur saisonnier. Plages, commerces, restaurants, gare et bus sur Nice, Cannes ou Sophia Antipolis à proximité à pieds.
Tout confort : climatisation réversible, chauffage central et eau froide et chaude (payés le propriétaire), volet roulant électrique et parking privé numéroté dans la résidence sécurisée.

Le studio décoré dans un esprit « bord de mer » est traversant et très ensoleillé.
Il comprend une TV, un canapé-lit (de facture italienne avec couchage quotidien de 17 cm d’épaisseur), une cuisine en angle (micro-ondes/grill, réfrigérateur, plaque à induction, cafetière Nespresso, grille-pain…). 2 grandes commodes, 2 penderies, un bureau, une table à manger, un bon fauteuil de lecture. Salle d’eau avec fenêtre donnant sur verdure et équipée d’un lave-linge et de nombreux rangements.
