15 minutes en bus et 10 minutes à vélo de la gare d'Angers.
L'ESAIP à 10 minutes à vélo 5 minutes en voiture.

Les chambres disponibles sont au 1ere étage avec les toilettes et la salle d'eau à partager avec 3 autres locataires sur le même palier.

Une grande cuisine ( environ 25m² ) est commune au 10 colocataires de la maison. elle est équipée de tables de cuissons, frigos, congélateur, micro-ondes, mini-four-grill, de casiers individuels, de tables bancs et chaises.

Un garage st prévu pour les vélos.
il y a aussi un petit local avec lave linge.

L'ambiance y est conviviale et studieuse la maison est surtout composée d'étudiants, stagiaires de différente nationalité.
Pour le respect de chacun il est demandé de ne pas fumer dans la maison.
