Situé à côté du centre d’art contemporain Passerelle, emplacement idéal à deux pas du centre-ville et se situe à proximité de petits commerces : Fleuriste, poste et boulangerie, marché, centres commerciaux, restaurant, Intermarché, bon marché à proximité.

La ligne de Tram se trouve à 4 minutes à pied, vous permettant d’accéder aux commerces des rues Jean Jaures et de la rue de Siam. Vous pouvez également vous rendre aux Portes de Gouesnou, Portes de Plouzané ou encore Portes de Guipavas vous permettant d’accéder aux commerces de la zone du Froutven (IKEA, Boulanger, Decathlon).

La colocation entièrement refaite à neuf en juin 2023, est située au 2E étage et offre 72.46 m² de surface répartis ainsi :
