Il a été entièrement refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité. Son parquet de chêne et ses carreaux ciment ont retrouvé une seconde jeunesse.
Il est situé dans la ville du Raincy, calme et chic, à seulement 20 minutes de Paris.
Le studio est proche des tous les commerces : supermarchés, boulangeries, restaurants, pharmacies. La gare RER E est situé à 5 minutes à pied et relie le centre de Paris en 20 minutes.
L'espace nuit est cosy et dispose d'un mini dressing pour votre garde-robe. Côté salon une méridienne pour "chiller". La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une machine à café, d'une bouilloire, d'un grille-pain et de tous les ustensiles nécessaires à la préparation de vos repas. Une grande table en bois et 2 tabourets de bar complètent le coin cuisine.
La salle de bain est très pratique : un grand lavabo, une belle et grande douche, un WC suspendu, un placard de rangement et un sèche serviettes.
