La pièce à vivre en véranda est climatisée et équipée d’un store occultant électrique, elle donne sur un jardin paysager avec une terrasse en bois.
Le stationnement est permis dans la rue (payant), ligne 9 de bus, voitures et vélos électriques sont tout proches.
Il est interdit d’y fumer et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
Nous louons uniquement à 3 personnes qui se connaissent.
