Beau studio au 7e étage sans ascenseur, avec un large balcon.

Dans un immeuble Art Nouveau situé entre Montparnasse et le jardin du Luxembourg. Vue sympa sur l'église Saint-Sulpice et la tour Montparnasse. Très calme.

Le studio est meublé et dispose notamment d'un vrai lit simple (pas de canapé-lit), d'un lavabo, d'une douche, d'un coin cuisine, de nombreux rangements. Les toilettes sont sur la palier et partagées avec un voisin.

Internet en WiFi est disponible.

Les stations de métro Notre-Dame-des-Champs (ligne 12) et Saint-Placide (ligne 4) sont à trois minutes à pied. De nombreuses lignes de bus passent à proximité. Et la gare Montparnasse est à un quart d'heure à pied.

Toutes les commodités sont à portée de la main : Franprix, Monop', pharmacie, boulangeries, laverie, resto, etc.

La situation est très centrale à Paris et permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.

Toutes les charges sont incluses dans le loyer, y compris Internet, sauf l'électricité qui est payable sur facture.
