Room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and lots of natural light. The room does not include sheets or pillows, only the cover for the mattress.

We have an incredible 189 m² apartment recently renovated to release !!! All rooms have a double bed, 4 exterior rooms with balcony and 4 interior rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, communal balcony, 2 work areas, living room with TV with more than 100 channels, high speed internet and cleaning 3 times a week! !!


All rooms are furnished with a double bed, study table, chair, mirror, paintings, bedside table, wardrobe and proper (hidden) location is perfect, we have the bus stop metro P.MOLINA 100 meters, SUPERMARKETS (CAPRABO and CONSUM) in front of the building, bars, cafes, restaurants, medical center. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to enter now!

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back within max. 60 days after your check-out date
- Admin Fee: One-time 1 month's rent
(includes housing assistance, maintenance service and registration contract cost)
* Deposit and Agency Fee will be paid at arrival
- The contract is biweekly: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month (16 - 31), you will only pay half a month's rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month (from 1 to 15), you will only pay half a month's rent for that month.
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.

SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning service in the common areas of the flat for free (Once per week)
- All expenses and utilities (water, electricity, gas and internet) are included in the monthly rent
- Included Pillow and under-sheet. Excluded towels and sheets.
- Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the flat.

DISCLAIMER: Be aware the the accommodation can be slightly different from the pictures as we are an agency and we renovate the furniture and characteristics of the room constantly.

- Monday to Friday (16:00 to 19:00): Free of charge
- Monday to Friday (12:00 to 16:00): 30,25€
- Monday to Friday (19:00 to 22:00): 60,50€
- Monday to Friday (10:00 to 11:00): 121€
- Weekends: 110€

Todas las habitaciones tienen cama doble, 4 habitaciones exteriores con balcón y 4 habitaciones interiores, 3 baños, cocina, balcón comunitario, 2 áreas de trabajo, salón con TV con más de 100 canales, Internet de alta velocidad y limpieza 3 veces por semana!!! Los precios son entre 475€ y 625€ TODO INCLUIDO.Todas las habitaciones están amuebladas con cama doble, mesa de estudio, silla, espejo, cuadros, mesa de noche, armario y llave propi.En cuanto ubicación es perfecto, tenemos la parada de metro P.MOLINA a 100 metros, SUPERMERCADOS (CAPRABO y CONSUM) en frente del edificio, bares, cafeterías,restaurantes, centro médicos.El piso esta totalmente amueblado y equipado para entrar ya!!!

Habitación con cama doble, armario, escritorio, mesita de noche y mucha luz natural. La habitación no incluye sábanas ni almohadas, sólo el cobertor del colchón.
