Take this chance to live in this beautiful property, which boasts an elegant and slightly luxurious design. Furnished bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a sofa, a desk with a chair, a mirror, a TV, and a window with a view to the interior courtyard. This room includes a private bathroom.

The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave), a dining area, a large living room with a sofa and TV that has access to the balcony. The monthly rent includes utility costs.

Looking for a girl between 18 and 35 years old.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back within max. 60 days after your check-out date
- Admin Fee: One-time 1 month's rent
(includes housing assistance, maintenance service and registration contract cost)
* Deposit and Agency Fee will be paid at arrival
- The contract is biweekly: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month (16 - 31), you will only pay half a month's rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month (from 1 to 15), you will only pay half a month's rent for that month.
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.

SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning service in the common areas of the flat for free (Once per week)
- All expenses and utilities (water, electricity, gas and internet) are included in the monthly rent
- Included Pillow and under-sheet. Excluded towels and sheets.
- Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the flat.

- Monday to Friday (16:00 to 19:00): Free of charge
- Monday to Friday (12:00 to 16:00): 30,25€
- Monday to Friday (19:00 to 22:00): 60,50€
- Monday to Friday (10:00 to 11:00): 121€
- Weekends: 110€
