Hi everyone!

I am Jeanne, the owner of a beautiful typical flat with high ceilings in one of Montpellier's oldest, and most charming, houses. My apartment is located right in the heart of the city called « Ecusson », and is less than five minutes away from the « Place de la Comedie » and just across the famous “Marché des Halles” where you will find a wide variety of fresh and regional specialties and cafes for delicious quick eats.

My apartment is 53 square meter with high ceilings, composed of a bright bedroom, a very spacious livingroom equiped with convertible sofa bed for 2 persons and a separated kitchen equipped (gas and induction plates, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine). The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower. In a wonderful location - situated in one of the most popular and trendy neighborhoods of Montpellier – 'L’Ecusson'. Just around the corner - excellent restaurants, bars, shops. Public transport is just a few footsteps away- takes 5 min. to Universities and all main touristic attractions and seaside.

The appartement is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Decoration is vintage!

This apartment can easily be shared by a couple or two friends.

Each tenant must sign up individually for electricity (EDF) but we're happy to help out tenants who need help on this!
