Bon état, bonne isolation, volets électriques, LAVE-LINGE)
Une terrasse-jardin devant l'appartement fait partie du logement.
Stationnement facile devant la propriété. Possibilité de rentrer un vélo.
TRANSPORTS : très proches : 5' des universités en bus ou vélo.
Chronobus 2 ( C2) arrêt Pont du Cens ( 10' du centre ville).
LOYER : 340 € / colocataire + avance eau et électricité = 50 € d’avance sur consommations par locataire ) Le calcul exact de la consommation est fait sur relevé).
Les abonnements sont compris dans le loyer.
La fibre n'arrive pas dans la rue donc pas de wifi pour l'instant. La 4 G est excellente à cette adresse.
