Description of the accommodation

This is a beautiful London apartment that has been rented to ESCP students for more than 13 years.

The whole apartment has been fully refurbished / renovated with some of the new and original photos attached to show the current modern and contemporary design. The apartment feels like a house and is set over 3 floors with its own front door. It is 95 sq metre (1020 sq ft) and boasts gorgeous contemporary wooden flooring throughout, a huge character floor-to-ceiling oak mirror in the entrance hall, a total of 4 double rooms which has been used as 4 double bedrooms with no lounge (or 3 double bedrooms and 1 separate lounge). One bedroom has it own private en-suite bathroom. There is also a large family bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a private back garden 36 x 36 feet (or 12 x 12 metres).

The whole apartment has Gas Central Heating, full double glazing and all services (gas, electricity, radiators, plumbing, sinks, toilets, shower, bath) and appliances are insured with British Gas ensuring prompt emergency call-out if needed. The apartment is extremely safe and located just off Golders Green High Road. It is a 5-6 minute walk from Golders Green metro (underground) station with many buses running daily every 2-3 minutes along the route. It is then a very short (5-7 minutes) bus journey (buses 13 and 82) or short metro journey to the ESCP Europe Business School and ESCP-EAP European School of Management with the main campus at 527 Finchley Road, London NW3 7BG. For many years the apartment has been rented by students from the ESCP Europe Business and Management School, Finchley Road, London as it is safe, affordable and very close to the campus.

It is brilliantly located for all cafes, coffee shops (Starbucks/Costa/Caffe Nero), bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (Tesco / Sainsburys) that Golders Green High Road and Finchley Road offer. It must be seen to be believed !

The rent for the whole apartment under one tenancy agreement is £600 GBP per week or £2,600 GBP per calendar month (3060 Eur per calendar month) with a refundable, registered holding deposit of one month's rent. British Gas insurance highlighted above and any maintenance issues that may arise are included as standard within the rent. The apartment is fully furnished however I am also happy to consider providing any reasonable additional items that you may require at the start of the tenancy to make your stay more comfortable.

PLEASE NOTE - The expenses are approximately 60 EUR per person, per month. Also - the room rates are (1) 18m² (£160 GBP per week or 815 EUR per month, (2) 9m² (£140 GBP per week or 715 EUR per month, (3) 12m² (£150 GBP per week or 767 EUR per month, (4) 10m² (£165 GBP per week or 840 EUR per month) - these are only shown for suggested individual room rental rates, however you can change these amounts among yourselves when you rent the whole apartment.

There is also flexibility to have 3 students (£548 GBP per week / £2,375 GBP per calendar month) as a group who will then have a lounge in which to relax. There is also flexibility if required, so please do not hesitate to ask, depending on your requirements.

You should not hesitate to enquire about your individual circumstances / rent amount affordability and I will always try to be flexible and accommodate you.

The apartment is bright, airy, contemporary and fully furnished with new, modern furniture throughout. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances including gas hob / cooker, oven, extractor fan, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of storage as standard. You will undoubtedly be relaxed and enjoy your time staying in this apartment in London. Indeed the apartment is more contemporary and modern in nature than the photos suggest.

There are no set-up, administrative or other fees to commence the tenancy. Acceptable references are required and thereafter the contract will be prepared and forwarded to you. All documentation will be conducted via email for ease and efficiency.

The costs to move in are one month's rent (payable in advance) and one month's security deposit stated above (registered in your name by a Government approved company and sent to that company to retain for the duration of the tenancy).
