This is a very nice old-time-style 3 room appartment: charming wooden floor ("parquet") and chimneys (fire not permitted though)

It is partialy furnished (have a look at the list below and the pictures!)
It was renovated 2 years ago.

The kitchen is furnished and equiped (appliances + everything to cook)

The rooms are:
- 12 m²: planned to be a bedroom. There is a large window and a cupboard
- 15 m²: planned to be a sitting room / dining room but perfect also as a bedroom. There is a large window and a 2 large cupboards.
- 8 m6: tiny room with a large window. Planned to be a room for a kid, but a bed with "standerd" dimensions (140 x 190) fits!

Toilets are separated from the bathroom. Bathroom with a bath.

Heating is individual (gaz)

The price of the rent does not includ anything like electricity, water, internet, gaz (you will have to organise it by your own)
