We are a french-dutch family speaking english, german, dutch living in this house. We have 2 daughters (28 & ,22 years) also studying so we know perfectly what you need when you rent in a foreign country.

In France, almost all landlords ask for a French guarantor. We allow you to rent the apartment even without a French guarantor

-Language barrier and ignorance of the housing legal policy
In France, most landlords do not speak English, so the communication can be really hard. For this reason, it is crucial that you have someone to assist you, in order to understand the legal obligations and rights you have; also, to avoid any conflict or avoid losing your security deposit.

-Short term rental
Almost all landlords want you to stay at least one year in the flat, because it is very difficult and costly for them to manage the turnover. Here you are allowed to rent for a short period

- Everything included even the beddings
You will find everything you need in the house so that you will not get worried about it and can imediatly feel good.

-Assistance in administration for visa application , house insurrance & bank account & french subsidies
We will help you before your arriving and during your stay to get all the needed documents. And because we live in the house we are always ready to help you.

DESCRIPTION
The appartement is located on the 2nd floor of our house, only the stairwell is common. The apartment is composed of:

2 bedrooms + 1 kitchenette + 1 bathroom (wc, washbasin, bath-shower).

- the one large bedroom is rented to a French working girl, 33 years
-the second bedroom is free to be rented to a student 2 january 2025

-the kitchen: microwave oven, 2 electric cooking rings, fridge, dishes
-bathroom: bath / shower, bathroom sink, washing machine
Wifi: very good connection. We live in the house but you will be completely autonomous, we just ask to respect our tranquillity after 22.00.

Lille Vauban à 5mn à pied du métro "Port de Lille" et de l'université de la « catho », IESEG, HEI,... appartement au 2ème étage de notre maison avec porte d'entrée au RDC et cage d'escalier communes . L'appartement ferme à clef et est complètement indépendant du reste de la maison, il comprend: 2 chambres d’étudiants meublées:
chambre 1 : louée à une jeune salariée française de 33ans.
chambre 2: 14m² lit gigogne simple ou double , bureau, chaises, table bistrot, penderie, étagères, cette chambre reste disponible à partir du 2 janvier 2025
parties communes à partager avec Adeline: une salle de bains avec bain/douche/wc, une kitchenette.
Notre famille: un couple de soixantenaires prof libérale et enseignants, parents de 2 filles 24 et 30 ans
APL possible, bail individuel
TOUTES les charges sont incluses (eau, chauffage, électricité, internet, taxes habitation . . ) Nous pouvons aussi prêter du linge de lit et serviettes de bains, la vaisselle est fournie.
