Description of the accommodation

Il s'agit d'un studio indépendant avec un coin cuisine et une salle de bains dans un quartier calme qui est très bien localisé, à 2 minutes du métro Caulier et 10 minutes à pied de la gare Lille Flandres ou Lille Europe. Le studio est équipé d'un double lit convertible en canapé, un frigo, un micro-onde, une armoire et d'autres meubles et des vaisselles. Il y a un petit jardin devant le studio. Il y a également une connexion Wifi et une machine à laver.

Les charges comprennent, l'électricité, l'eau chaude et froide, le chauffage, et l'internet. Il n'y aura aucune autre charge supplémentaire.
