Private, Quiet, Older, easy going American, You are sharing entire apartment and renting one private room available September 1,2024. It is available to rent for 2 mos minimum 4 months max coordinating with the school year. It is a very quiet building and room. English speaking artist, with one dog and one cat in the heart of the NICE port with all activities, and transportation immediately available. No extra charges. Electricity, 5 G wifi, linens, bedding, cleaning materials included in the rent. Tram line 2 at front door, and buses to Menton, Monaco in front. All other buses on our corner.
You have a private garden and church view from rented room. with a comfortable furnished terrace usable most of the year. I can speak some French but you must have good understanding of English. All linen, private TV, cable, wi fi, etc provided. Social rules will apply and you will be required to agree to keep them before room rental is finalized. They are common sense regarding cleaning, guests, and hours. Maturity required and experience cleaning your surroundings and caring for yourself in a sharing situation required. There is only ONE (1) room for rent, rest is shared. Room and building is very quiet. Room includes private TV, beautifully furnished including my art with dining table/desk. There is a Salon de douche and a separate private WC . You will sign a French mobility lease with a caution deposit.
