This air conditionned flat with balcony in the heart of Antibes old town can accommodate 4 persons (2 on a sofa bed and 2 on queen size bed):
- A living room with a sofa bed, a TV with USB key connection, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, micro wave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, coffee filter machine, boiler)
- A bedroom with a queen bed
- A bathroom with a shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet
- A 5 square meter balcony with a table and 4 stalls

The 2nd floor flat (with elevator) offers a open view and is oriented west. the near surroundings, you will find all comodities : 2 public parking, 2 supermarkets, a butcher, a caterer, bakeries, restaurants, bars , a post office, cash machines, and English pubs and English supermarket. At only from 2 to 10 minutes walk you can reach Vauban harbour, the lively street boulevard d’Aguillon and its busy bars and restaurants, the Gravette beach and the public transports (bus and train).

Skema is easy to acess via direct buses (bus stop are at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance)

The flat is strictly non smocking inside and parties are forbidden. Respect to our neighboors is required.

Note : Elecricity and water are not included and will be remboursed to landlord based on invoices.(based on your real consumption). Provisions for those expense will be 40€/month
