In accordance with Articles L. 512-6 and L. 512-7 of the French Insurance Code, SAS STUDAPART holds professional liability insurance and a financial guarantee.

 

INFORMATION RELATING TO INSURANCE DISTRIBUTION:

SAS STUDAPART does not hold any ownership interest in other insurance organisations. Likewise, no insurance organisation holds any ownership interest or capital interest in SAS STUDAPART.

SAS STUDAPART is not subject to any contractual obligation to work exclusively with one or more insurance companies and conducts an impartial and personalised analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts available on the market.

SAS STUDAPART receives commission-based remuneration for its insurance brokerage activities.

In accordance with applicable regulations, SAS STUDAPART takes all appropriate measures to identify and address conflicts of interest. An internal conflict-of-interest prevention and management policy ensures that clients’ interests remain the highest priority.

 

COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION:

For any complaint concerning our services as an insurance broker, you may contact STUDAPART – Complaints Department, 31 bis, rue de Bellevue – 95520 Osny, France, email réclamation@studapart.com, or use the form available at the bottom of the studapart.com website.

 

We undertake to make every effort not to exceed the following time limits:

10 business days from the date the complaint is sent to acknowledge receipt, unless we are able to provide a response within that period.

Two months between the date the complaint is sent and the date the response is received.

If our response does not fully satisfy you, or for any complaint relating to the performance of your insurance contract, you may contact the insurer’s Complaints Department in accordance with the procedures set out in the General Terms and Conditions of your contract.

If the disagreement persists, or if no response is received within two months of sending your complaint, you may refer the matter to the mediator at the following address:
