2 rooms, plus kitchen separate and with balcony, WC separate from bathroom. The apartment is very close (only 3 min. walk) to the gare TGV and University St. Charles and to all other Schools (Kedge and Business school of Management) and also to the seaside:
Les Terrasses, Les Docks (over rue Forbin), Panier, Reforme (behind the main station) and also a short way to the Vieux Port (over the rue Capucine). It is located on the border of
the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Arrondissement in a building Hausmannienne with balcony. Eventually there is a 3rd room available. It is calme and fast access to every location in all directons.
