1 grande chambre de 17 M2 très calme et très lumineuse ( grande fenêtre orientée à l'ouest) ) avec 1 coin cuisine et un coin douche + lavabo
Les WC ( tres propres) sont à l'extérieur de la chambre sur le palier.
C'est gentiment décoré..voir photos jointes ( réalisées par un précèdent locataire qui est resté plus de 3 ans de location ( étudiant + 1er emploi ). Il était visiblement très satisfait de son séjour à Paris.
C'est une chambre Idéale ( surface, quiétude) pour un (e) étudiant(e) à Université DAUPHINE ou à l' ISG , proche du RER , métro: rue de la Pompe, proche de la Mairie du 16eme, proche de l'Etoile, proche du Bois de Boulogne...
