Très beau beau studio de 16 m refait complètement a neuf. cuisine séparé avec fenêtre. WC et cabine de douche. Equipé d'un four micro ondes, d'une plaque chauffante électrique, d'une télé et d'un meuble télé moderne (les equipements sont tout neuf jamais servis) et si le locataire est interesse, je fournis un bureau en tres bon etat. Le studio se trouve dans un bon immeuble calme avec gardien et tres bien entretenu, à 2 min du metro Louis Blanc, ligne7 du metro.
