Description of the accommodation

Studette, avec une porte fenêtre double vitrage, (orientation sud ouest) calme et lumineuse au 6 ème étage avec ascenseur. Coin cuisine équipée (voir photos). Le quartier animé est très agréable par ses commerces et sa convivialité.
Les parties communes de l'immeuble ont été toutes refaites. L'immeuble est tenu par une gardienne charmante et très serviable.
Le bien se situe à 100 m du métro Villiers (LIGNE 2) qui va directement à l'Université Paris Dauphine et se trouve à 5 minutes du magnifique Parc MONCEAU.

Les charges sont estimées à 30 euros mensuels mais en fin de séjour il y aura un petit ajustement dont la différence sera déduite du dépôt de garantie.

Participation à une assurance au prorata du séjour.
