Our T1 flats in the Toulouse student residence are fully furnished and ready to live in. They are fitted out with functional and modern furniture: box beds, desks, tables, chairs and storage space. At the entrance, you will find a kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a high and low cabinet. The living room is used as a lounge, but also as a bedroom thanks to the folding bed. This flat is also equipped with a desk with storage space, as well as a table. A bathroom, also fully equipped, completes the surface.

The Student Factory student residences offer all the ideal conditions to make the most of your university years. You don't need to bring anything with you when you move to this student city, except for some decorations to personalise your student accommodation in Toulouse. All our flats are fully furnished and equipped. They have a kitchenette (with electric hobs, microwave, fridge), various storage units and a ready-to-use bathroom. No more problems with moving in and out. The biggest advantage of a T1 L compared to a studio or standard T1 is of course the extra space (about 10 m²) that can be used for additional arrangements or storage, and which allows you to enjoy maximum comfort on a daily basis.
