Accessible to students of legal age, with or without a scholarship, our rooms of more than 9m², divided into nine independent mixed pavilions, are a financially accessible accommodation alternative.

Near a university residential complex, close to the Lycée des
Lombards and Chrétien de Troyes high schools, near the Troyes University of Technology and the Aube en Champagne Technopole, our rooms are ideally located in the heart of a wooded park.

Consisting of individual rooms, they include in addition to the bed, a sink, a refrigerator with a capacity of 30 liters, a desk and various cupboards or storage.

The mixed pavilions have two shower areas, three toilet areas and a shared kitchen. The price includes a WIFI internet connection.

We ask residents to provide sheets, pillows if needed, and towels. (No set of linen will be provided) To contact us directly
