Description of the accommodation

Bonjour à tous,
Notre colocation, composée à ce jour de jeunes femmes étudiantes ou actives, a une chambre disponible :
* surface 8m², lit simple, à 520€/mois.
Ce loyer comprend une provision pour charge de 50€/mois, pour l'électricité, l'eau et internet (pas d'APL).
La cuisine est équipée, il y a une salle de bain avec une douche, deux WC séparés, wifi, télé, lave-linge, piano numérique...
C'est un appartement ancien en duplex, spacieux et lumineux, dans une copropriété et un quartier plutôt calme et très vert, à la fois proche de la ville (centre de Garches à 10 minutes à pied et Paris à 20 minutes en train) et proche de la nature (Parc de Saint-Cloud ou bois de Saint-Cucufa à 5 minutes à pied)...
Pour les transports en commun, nous sommes à 10/15 minutes de la gare Transilien, directe vers La Défense ou Paris Saint-Lazare, et à 5 minutes des bus 360, 460, 426 directs vers Boulogne, Sèvres, Saint-Cloud, Suresnes, La Défense, etc. Sinon, stationnement gratuit dans la rue si vous avez votre véhicule.
Les grandes pièces communes confortables favorisent une très bonne convivialité.
