Nous louons 2 chambres en colocation dans un appartement FF4 , comportant 2 chambres et une petite pièce avec grande fenêtre pouvant servir de bureau .
L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme à 2 min du Tram la Pergola , 10 minutes à pied de MBS .
Idéal pour des étudiant(es) Studieux(ses) , les fêtes et soirées ne sont pas tolérées dans la résidence.
L'appartement est strictement NON FUMEUR .
Les chambres sont à 425 € ( logement entier 850€) charges comprises auquel il faudra rajouter le compteur électrique et l'internet ( l'immeuble est équipé de la fibre).
L'appartement est meublé , chambre = grand lit et bureau et salon avec table et chaises , canapés .
Télévision dans le salon.
lave linge dans la salle de bain.
Possibilité de se garer dans la résidence .
Une vue à couper le souffle sur Pic Saint Loup d'un coté et Centre ville de l'autre
