l'appartement est vaste, nous pouvons ainsi nous y rencontrer quand on le souhaite, il est traversant sur cour et sur rue, on descend 2 étages pour se retrouver dans l'ambiance très vivante et chaleureuse des restos, cafés, salles d'expo et tous les commerces, l'opéra Garnier est à 15 mn à pied ,la place de la République à 10.
il est ancien, typiquement parisien avec parquet, poutres cheminées, restauré dans le respect des matériaux, on y vit paisiblement et bien qu'il soit en plein centre, il est calme, nous avons l'habitude d'y accueillir et plaisir à partager nos bons plans sur le quartier, et sur Paris.

c'est un lieu studieux, la plupart du temps en soirée c'est lecture
les fêtes et rencontres amicales ont lieu à l'extérieur, ceci est valable pour chacun.le calme est donc requis.
ce qui n'empêche pas de partager des repas sympas si ça nous dit.
